Job Description

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Source, negotiate, and manage third-party trucking vendors.
* Monitor vendor performance, costs, SLAs, and fleet availability.
* Develop procurement processes, vendor evaluation systems, and SOPs.
* Coordinate fleet capacity with internal operations.
* Lead and develop the vendor management team


Job Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* Bachelor's Degree with strong experience in procurement or vendor management.
* Hands-on experience in trucking operations is required.
* Proven experience managing 3PL and third-party trucking vendors.
* Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Experience developing SOPs, procurement policies, and vendor evaluation systems.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
