Job Description

  • Partner with senior leadership to manage and develop a large team of supervisors and executives across the operation
  • Lead HR strategy across a multi-department office team (HR, finance, purchasing, warehousing, logistics)
  • Design and implement an internal ESG policy framework aligned with international client requirements, reducing reliance on external consultants
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution across a diverse, multinational workforce
  • Support engagement and communication across teams with varying levels of English proficiency, including a significant Chinese-speaking technical workforce
  • Build trust and rapport with an established, tenured leadership team

Job Requirements

  • Solid HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Demonstrated experience building or managing ESG frameworks and policy
  • Strong conflict management and stakeholder management skills; adaptable and pragmatic in approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with an owner-led decision-making style
  • Bilingual ability (English plus Mandarin or another regional language) an advantage
  • Open to candidates based in Thailand, Malaysia or the wider region, willing to relocate to Cambodia full-time
