About the role

  • Work directly with enterprise customers to integrate AI solutions into their existing systems.

  • Build custom workflows, RAG pipelines, and system integrations tailored to customer needs.

  • Deliver rapid proof-of-concepts (POCs) and demonstrate solutions in real customer environments.

  • Run workshops, debug integrations, and ensure solutions meet security and reliability standards.

  • Harden successful customizations into reusable modules and feed insights back into product development.


Job Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience (Python/TypeScript preferred).

  • Strong skills in APIs, databases, and system integration.

  • Hands-on experience in building products, not just prototypes.

  • Practical experience with LLM application patterns (RAG, agent workflows, prompt engineering, tool calling).

  • Solid understanding of AI architecture and deployment patterns.

  • Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).

  • Willingness to spend substantial time at customer sites in Malaysia, with occasional ASEAN travel.

  • Mandarin Speaker strongly preferred; Proficiency in English; Malay is a plus.
