Job Description
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Develop sales, leasing, and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Lead commercial and leasing operations and manage key customer and business relationships.
* Analyze market trends, commercial performance, and profitability to identify growth opportunities.
* Lead and develop Sales, Leasing, and Tenant Relations teams.
* Manage budgets, reporting, KPIs, and departmental performance.
Job Requirements
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 12 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, Leasing, or Business Development.
* At least 3 years in a Division Head or equivalent senior leadership role.
* Strong expertise in sales, leasing, marketing strategy, budgeting, and market analysis.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and business planning skills.
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
