  • As Consultant, the successful candidate will take ownership of project modules and deliver client-ready insights across a range of industries. Working closely with Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and Partners, the role requires independent analytical execution, structured problem-solving, and the ability to develop and communicate strategic recommendations in client-facing settings. This is an opportunity to build consulting delivery capability within a globally recognised firm, with early exposure to deal-cycle work including commercial due diligence and post-merger integration alongside conventional strategy advisory.

  • Lead and manage assigned module tasks from initiation to completion with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach
  • Conduct research, data analysis, financial modelling, and expert and client interviews independently
  • Prepare and facilitate client communication in various forms, including workshops and client meeting presentations
  • Develop strategic recommendations and deliverables for the assigned module to a client-ready standard
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Consultants and Project Managers to ensure quality and alignment across workstreams

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or equivalent corporate strategy or investment roles; strong candidates with approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated ability to approach problems in a structured, hypothesis-driven manner and manage analytical tasks with a degree of independence
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (DCF, scenario analysis, feasibility modelling) and/or strategic framework application
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English — both written and verbal
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to perform in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder project environment

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline advantageous
  • Exposure to CDD, PMI, or operational improvement workstreams — deal team background (Big4 TAS/Deals, PE, IB) preferred
  • CFA, KICPA, or equivalent financial credentials advantageous
  • Prior experience structuring and presenting analytical deliverables in client-facing or executive-level settings
