Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Drafter to join our client's Johor team. You will play a key role in producing high-quality drawings and system designs that support project delivery, client communication, and long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and complete drawings in line with project schedules and client specifications
- Develop and update system design diagrams as required
- Use AutoCAD and BIM Revit software for drafting and modelling
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high-quality design solutions and open communication
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and third parties to coordinate site inspections and project requirements
- Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project execution
- Adhere to company standards and policies to maintain service quality
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all service requests within the assigned region
- Stay proficient in product and technology developments through internal training and self-driven learning
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and certified BIM Revit software is a must
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
