Job Description

 

  • Develop and implement the company’s human resource development strategy.
  • Identify training and development needs through performance reviews, skills assessments, and business requirements.
  • Design and coordinate onboarding, orientation, technical, leadership, compliance, and soft-skills training programs.
  • Create annual learning and development plans and manage the related budget.
  • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, development plans, and performance improvement programs.
  • Develop career pathways, succession planning, talent management, and employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal and external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, performance results, and business outcomes.
  • Support employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee training, competency, and development records.
  • Advise managers on employee development, coaching, performance issues, and team effectiveness.
  • Ensure HRD policies and practices comply with applicable labor laws and company procedures.
  • Prepare HRD reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Stay informed about current HR, learning, leadership, and organizational development practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR, learning and development, talent management, or organizational development.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience designing and delivering employee development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management and competency-based development.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
