Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Partner with department heads and managers to identify workforce needs and provide effective HR solutions.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and company culture initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company regulations.
  • Review and improve HR policies, processes, and employee benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
  • Handle employee relations matters professionally, fairly, and confidentially.
  • Advise managers on HR policies, performance issues, disciplinary matters, and people management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, Organization Development, Learning and Development, or a related area.
  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, performance management, talent development, and organization development.
  • Good understanding of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in the entertainment, media, creative, retail, or fast-paced industry would be an advantage.
  • Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
