Job Description

  • Record and process accounts payable transactions, including invoice and expense accruals.
  • Review and verify supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and organize financial documents and supporting schedules for internal and external audits.
  • Prepare and submit Withholding Tax (WHT) documentation and related filings.
  • Handle Trade and Non-Trade transactions, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and properly supported.
  • Process purchasing-related transactions, including purchase documents and import/export customs documentation.
  • Record monthly accruals and ensure expenses are recognized accurately in the appropriate accounting period.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and relevant parties regarding invoices, payments, and accounting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documents.
  • Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable, general accounting, or a similar finance role.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Knowledge of withholding tax (WHT), VAT, accruals, and related Thai tax requirements.
  • Experience handling trade and non-trade transactions, purchasing documents, and expense claims.
  • Familiarity with customs and import/export documentation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience using an ERP system or accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple transactions efficiently.
  • Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal departments, suppliers, and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
