Job Description

• Bachelor's/Professional Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Communication, or any 
related field.

• At least three (3) years of working experience within marketing department in multinational FMCG 
companies. Experience in beauty and cosmetics would be a plus.

• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages would be a plus.

• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and social media.

• Team player with pleasant personality and good interpersonal and communication skills to 
establish good working relation with internal and external parties.

• Thrive within a team environment with the ability to work independently.

• Highly motivated and organised and ability to prioritise multiple tasks within a challenging and 
fast paced working environment.

• Website and social media platform content update and content writing will be an added 
advantage.

• Creativity and commercial awareness especially in beauty, cosmetics and personal care both 
online and offline.


Job Requirements

• Develop, organise and execute marketing campaigns for the assigned brand in line with brand 
marketing objectives and goals.

• Propose marketing strategies, combining all marketing mix such as product, pricing, positioning 
and promotion to achieve business plan.

• Work closely with designers, suppliers and production to plan and produce marketing materials 
(photos/videos).

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in (but not limited to) social media.

• Manage multiple social media accounts, planning social media posts. Proficiency in copy writing 
is a huge bonus.

• Ensure all retail stores visual merchandising is in line with brand primary & secondary focus.

• Establish and maintain close relationship with associates such as principles, media, KOL & the 
public.

• Monitor, measure and report performances of all campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and 
KPIs).

• Manage budget and calculate investment decisions within the limit of allocated budget.

• Work closely with the Sales Team to develop Sales & Marketing Funnels.

• Conducting competition research and market analysis to identify the target audience.

• Assist in the development of new/existing products and markets in order to contribute to the 
achievement of the business unit and marketing objectives.

• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
