Income Tax Accountant

Job Description

• Posting of journal entries, analysing transactional item with tax sensitivity, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare of monthly tax provision and deferred taxation
• Ensure all legal requirements (SOX and local tax) related with income taxes are complied by all Asia entities
  
• Responsible for the accurate and timely calculation, booking and reporting of current and deferred income taxes for US GAAP as well as Local GAAP and Local Tax
  
• Perform and recording the Return to Accruals of Current and Deferred Taxes on a yearly basis upon completion of local tax filing for Asia entities
• Collaborate with global tax team to improve process by implementing standardization and automation
• Prepare SOX checklist for Senior Manager sign off
  
• Review flux analysis for Asia entities for SOX requirement
  
• Experience in using Onesource v 2016, SAP and BW Analysis for Excel
• Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Job Requirements

• 3 years in Shared Service or 3 years in Big 4 as external auditor
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Able to speak in English & Mandarin
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance (or equivalent)
