Product and Business Strategy

  • Leading a team of 2 to support key wholesales accounts in APAC
  • Develop seasonal merchandising strategies that support Asia business needs and align with brand strategy
  • Partner and effectively build relationships with HQ, Retail & Wholesales units to effectively drive business
  • Own pricing using deep understanding of competitive landscape and customer knowledge
  • Seasonal product training

Assortment Planning

  • Build and develop balanced assortment to meet brand & financial objectives
  • Partner with HQ & Finance to set financial targets each season
  • Analyze current business to identify opportunity and risks in future assortments
  • Manage presentation documents & tools each season to communicate assortment strategy & updates

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Research competition (stores, catalogues, web) in order to understand the Asia markets and make recommendations
  • to drive business growth.
  • Analyze data and information in an accurate and timely manner and utilize sales analysis when decision
  • Present sales analysis to leadership and cross-functional teams, highlighting key takeaways and future

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree or above with at least 8 years of merchandising, planning and inventory control management
  • experience for Asia Markets
  • Strong knowledge of merchandising with prior experience from fashion retail is a must
  • Outstanding stakeholders’ management & internal influencing skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills with good commercial sense
  • Excellent command of both written and verbal Chinese and English
