Graduated in 2008, Magen was an international sales and business development executive prior to her headhunting career. Magen took a career switch in 2014 to join HRnetOne as a Regional Consultant, specialising in Luxury Retail. Her move was proven a brilliant one, as she closed over 20 management roles in just her first year of joining the professional. And since then, she has grown her core clientele base and emerged as a much more experienced and seasoned professional recruiter, equipped with deep knowledge of the retail talent landscape.
Magen has expanded her scope into the digital & eCommerce space since 2018, with specialisation in the Luxury Fashion, Beauty & Cosmetics, and lifestyle sectors. She has worked with countless internationally well-known brand names to tap into the new retail space. Fluent with the industry’s know-how, Megan has placed over hundreds of roles covering a spectrum of functional roles, including Sales & Marketing, Retail Operations, eCommerce & Digital in the mid-to-senior tier.
